My wife went through a really awkward autoimmune diagnosis period last year, which was handled in a way that scared us a lot more than was necessary, because it turned out to be something that went away on it's own. Just know if you have either of the two illnesses, it's probably the best time in history to get either one of them, because there are treatment breakthroughs happening right now for both.
